Cancellation Policy
Before requesting an order cancellation, we invite you to contact us at: info@uzoshop.com

Right to Cancel
The consumer may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the disclosure document, whichever comes first.
Cancellation Fees
The Operator may charge a cancellation fee of either 5% of the order cost (including shipping) or ₪100.00, whichever is lower, unless the return is due to a defect or a mismatch in product specification as stated on the Website.
Product Return
The product should be returned in its original packaging, with complete contents and undamaged, as far as possible.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a refund will be issued to the original payment account in accordance with the law.
Exceptions to Cancellation Rights
The following purchases will not constitute grounds for cancellation:
- Underwear products;
- Personal care and cosmetic products;
- Products intended for recording, copying, or duplication that have been opened by the consumer;
- Products that were specially manufactured or assembled for the consumer;
- Any product that was opened and upon opening lost its value or integrity.
